I haven't posted much lately because I haven't been flying much. Today is the 19th and so far this month I've had 4 couch sits, an OKC overnight, a Tampa overnight, and two turns. I'm at 22 hours and 15 minutes worth of credit. Really quiet!
Well, that's changing, as I just got a 4 hour call out for a 3 day trip: St. Louis turn (will I ever get an overnight there? lol), San Diego overnight, Nashville overnight tomorrow, then a San Diego turn, getting me home at (naturally) midnight Friday night. It's worth 18:55 hours, so in just 3 days I will almost double my credit time for the month. That's hilarious, no matter how you look at it.
Strangely (and happily), Van and his roommate are in San Diego for a couple of days so I will get to see them either tonight when we get in or tomorrow morning for breakfast. That's nice. I like Nashville, too. There's a nice restaurant in the hotel lobby that makes pretty decent food, so I will be sure to enjoy my breakfast Friday morning. (Nope - no free breakfasts on this trip, which is what I'm all about, but a good trip all the same.)
